You Decide!

My classmates and I just read a news article about endangered mountain gorillas. We want to help the great apes, but we're not sure how. What should we do?

  1. I think they should go to google and look up how to save gorillas.

  2. You could ask your principal if you can raise some money at your school to help the endangered mountain gorillas.

  3. I think they should start a program to save the mountain gorillas. Or save up some money and find an organization that helps the gorillas and donate the money to them.

  4. You could do a fundraiser to raise money to help the gorillas. You could put alot of cool stuff in the fundraiser catalog so more people would raise more money.

  5. I think that you should talk to a teacher or principal for help to try to send a letter to somebody that is trying to protect the Congo and ask them how you could help. Also, maybe you could hold a fundraiser to get some money to send a couple of students and teachers to the Congo to talk to the protectors. You could look up information to see how you and your class could help the mountain gorillas. I'm sure you could find some very useful information. You might even be able to send a letter to the ruler that is holding the war and hurting the gorillas. It also might be very helpful if you got the whole school to take part.

  6. I think you should definetly do some more reasearch about the gorillas. Then when you feel like you know more about them consult a school addministrator and ask if you can start a school fundraiser. I also agree with McKayla that you should ask your teacher if you can send a letter to the Congo protectors. I am also sure that you will find some pretty useful information and I think it would fun to do, I want to try it sometime!
